Atlantic Indoor Association? No, i live in minnesota and my hs guard is in the northstar circuit (NSC). i'm guessing you're either in VA or NC since ur going to CNU. my grandparents live on the outer banks.

KU guard auditions may 16 and 17!!! i'm excited!!! gotta work on rifle though. i've got singles and doubles, but i wanna get my triples more solid and start working on quads.
Also, WGI was pretty fantastic!! My guard didn't make it past the first round, but we stayed to watch world class prelims and all the finals.

Oh awesome. Sorry about your guard, but still. I wish I could go =\
Mine are in June sometime (need to get specifics...). I really need to get my tosses back... I used to be able to whip out quints, but now I can barely do a solid quad. Ugh. Oh and my sabre skills are probably rusty... I haven't used a sabre since field season.

yeah, my rifle skills are probably rusty since i haven't touched one since marching band ended. i have to borrow one from my hs guard and give it back before they start their clinics.

i'm trying to decide if i should borrow a sabre from my hs or look into getting one of my own... idk. i don't want to spend the $$ on it if i don't end up making it... but i don't know if i can borrow one for that long haha.

yeah, i feel the same way about a rifle. it'd be nice not to have to borrow one, but i don't want to spend the money or take the time to break in a new strap.

so i've been thinking lately, and i realized... i only have a 5 1/2 foot flag and a 36" rifle.... most colleges spin 6' flags and 39" rifles. oi. anyone know where i can get guard equipment supercheap?

*cough* I might be selling my 39" rifle. I haven't decided whether I'm going to do guard again (I'm not spinning this fall, but I might spin the fall after this).

Don't not spin, because then you would no longer be a band geek. And what would we do without you?
