I own it myself, my school also doesn't use compensating horns. Wow, how does the horn play? Also, what mouthpiece do you use? It plays like a dream. Very free blowing, the sound is killer. Right now I play on a Mike Finn 55 series gold plated mouthpiece although I'm not to happy with it. It's a nice deep cup, but I'm losing upper register quality with it. I'm right in the middle of demoing mouthpieces to find a new one. |
