^Too bad. It was the most loved computer game at Katy with the possible exception of Kid Pix (but that was before we threw out the Macs.)

Kid Pix. Now that I remember.
I loved the dynamite thing. The dynamite thing was in there, right?

Does anyone remember the old Oregon Trail computer game? Even *I* remember Oregon Trail - but are you talking about the original one that just had a stick figure? You could shoot at the"deer" (also stick figures) and just a dash would come out for the bullet. ;D They've updated it throughout the years. The one I played in elementary school was mostly text based. I seemed to always die of dysentery. oregontrail.org/oregon-trail-free-download.htm

^I've played the three mentioned versions. We still have the four CDs for the 5th edition (it had video clips of people so you can choose who comes with), though my favourite was version 2. Now there's a Facebook application for it- I found it too frustrating to deal with- my friends kept eating me. Kid Pix. Now that I remember. I loved the dynamite thing. The dynamite thing was in there, right? Hah, I remember that- we used to make all our graphics for our projects in elementary school.

I loved the dynamite thing. The dynamite thing was in there, right? Yesss. And we spent more time blowing stuff up than drawing it... it just looked SO COOL. The Oregon Trail we played was I guess somewhere in the 3 or 4 range- it had relatively good graphics but it was no Oregon Trail 5. My favorite part was hunting. Trail Diary: July 5th.: You hunted. Bad water. July 6th: You hunted. Bad water. July 7th: Twaneisha died of dysentery. You buried her in a grave with no marker. Bad water. July 8th: Bad water. July 9th: Phil was scalped by the Indians but he somehow lived. Bad water. July 10th: Bad water. Me (reading screen): What's the deal with all this bad water anyway? (shaking screen) WHY DO I CARE?!?!?!?!?!

Ha. I can't remember which version of Oregon Trail I played.
Oh my goodness! KID PIX! I miss that so much. I blew stuff up all the time. I tried to buy the PC version a few years ago, but it was a fluke. Didn't work. Kind of sucked.

I guess an interesting part was- I would sometimes die but the rest of the group would keep going and I'd just have to sit there and watch, powerless to stop them, hunt or give advice.

Ha, I don't remember that ever happening to me. Lol. I miss that game so much now. Maybe I'll go download it.

So... Who here was forced at sme point this century to watch HSM 2? Who hated it? Who is now not just wondering, but positive that Ryan is gay and Sharpay has a future as Paris Hilton?? Ok, randomness aside, time to resurrect this page.

The same. They just replace the ''sophomore" with freshmen, junior, or senior.

Ah, okay. I'm deathly afraid that I am going to yell one-O instead of E-leven, but I think it's unfounded...

"Come on band, don't be shy, let us hear your battle cry!" Band, instead of responding with usual chaos, plays "jump on it" "and the band wins the spirit stick!" *wootness*
