I usually don't do these, but I'm worried about a few people.
My BD has been really stressed lately (from home life and band) and its kind of worrisome.
My section leader from last year (one of the most talented people I know) is going to Iraq this fall instead of Kent State, need i say more?

The Amish Families and the shooter's family, I think its on the national news but a local man took guns to a local (its in the southern part of my county) Amish School yesterday morning. I think four litle girls have died now. msnbc.msn.com/id/15105305/?GT1=8618 here's one of the articles on it... It really irks me that the news doens't respect that the community is old order and do not allow pictures of themselves *sigh

I was just going to mention the school shootings in Pennsylvania. I thought I recognized Lancaster County from someone on here...
Also prayers for the Colorado shootings...my HS BD and I were talking about that last week. It's a scary thought.
Also, prayers please for a friend of mine's mom. She's going through some health issues and it's starting to get more serious.
Thanks

If you live in Virginia you may have heard of this but a family was hit head-on by a driver with over 20 violations since 1999. They used to live in my town, and go to my church. Their daughter (for awhile they didn't think she was going to make it) was one of my best friends when I was little. If you could just keep their recovery in your prayers, and for the driver, though we're not sure about his condition.

Let us pray for all those in the armed services serving in locations away from friends and family in unfamiliar places of the world. Their sacrifices should never be forgotten.
