^Woah. You like Dr. Who too?! What do you think of Donna? (and no, the closest I've gotten is his instance on reading Pygmalion with a Monty Python-esque voice, wasn't 'brilliant' was more the 9th? or was that 'fantastic'?) Actually, I'll be honest- most of my exposure to Dr. Who has been via episodes my brother pulled off of the internet somewhere before they became available over here. I've actually only seen up to Cybermen/Dalek War (when Rose Tyler left), so I don't know enough about the new companions (Martha, Donna, etc) to make judgment. But yeah- what I *have* seen, I've liked.

This has been a good week for me. I got a new phone and I promoted on Tuesday, and I didn't have any homework all week. Hopefully next week is even better, cuz after that is I think finals

Prom was quite fun. Pictures were pretty blah until I tried to organize a group shot. Every time a shutter clicked another person was added to the shot. They played SINATRA during dinner! They played him later for a slow song and I got to stand with my other single friends and sing to "Fly Me to The Moon". They also played Grease and some show tunes. Two of the geekiest guys I'm friends with decided to dance... did I mention my school is 99.8% white? (I swear my WTP partner was drugged) After-prom was the best. Watched part of Alaska Experiment, had VIRGIN strawberry daiquiris with whipped cream (I'm a whip cream failure), watched Enchanted, played Apples to Apples (my cynical cards won almost every time), and then watched the '95 Power Rangers movie before crashing. I got yelled at for over analyzing the PR movie... I also got yelled at for using big words at 3am- but really cynical isn't that big of a word I've actually only seen up to Cybermen/Dalek War (when Rose Tyler left), so I don't know enough about the new companions (Martha, Donna, etc) to make judgment. Then you're missing the best ones. Martha and the 10th have had the best episodes so far with: Blink (favorite by far, properly creepifying), Shakespeare Code, The Doctor Dances/Family of Blood, The Girl in the Fireplace, and Gridlock.

^Yep. I hope it snows at our first marching practice, too. That would be great.

I think I decided on a church for next year, but the really exciting part is that DC*B (David Crowder Band) does worship there! It seems that most of them were Baylor Bears! After a crap-tacular day at school this is exactly the news I needed.

My band director is one of the most amazing and caring people I have ever met.
That is all that's needed.
