So I'm sitting here trying to remember what each thread had in it so there's at least one topic lol, and I vaguely remember something like this so here ya go...
Whats your halftime show this year?
Technically I am doing like four shows and a pregame show so I really can't tell you all of them, but pregame is our standard UCF pregame (and its UBER KEWL) but the show we are working on right now is Tribute to Santana, and it rocks! We are working on getting it fixed up before the USF away game next weekend, which is our first marching performance of the year.
So, yah, now its your turn!
Edited by .::The Horn::. for clarifying the title name. This will be the official 2005 show thread.

Our show this year is called "Geogia on my Mind" and our opener is "Georgia on my Mind" and then we do "Sweet Georgia Brown" (which has an awesome mello part), "Devil Went Down to Georgia" and our closer is "Let it Be Me." The Friday night half-time crowd has loved it, hopefully the judges will too.

It's my first half-time show and I like it, but I don't know if it's really considered a "fun" show to people with marching experience... but anyway, our show is "A Tribute to the Athlete" or something like that, our opener is the Theme from Rocky, and then we have The Contender (really fast, jazzy, its great), then Summon the Heroes (the Olympics theme from... 96? I don't remember), and then our closer is the classic Queen song, We are the Champions.

This years ours is the Beatles. We play Magical Mystery Tour, Something, Can't Buy Me Love, and Hey Jude. It is the best show ever! In the opener we have to dance for eight counts and in the drill it says 'ham it up' and in the closer we sing the 'na, na, na ... Hey Jude' and in the drill we make a big NA with a circle around it to get the audience to sing with us. This year our drum majors have costums. It's like a suit and each of them has a different color pink, blue and, green.

Let me guess you also make a big peace sign in Something.

Our show this year is titled "Kaleidescope" and the music is "Crown Him With Many Crowns". The title comes from the fact that the guard is using many different colored flags and there will be patches of color on the back of our uniforms once they attach it. It's pretty cool.

This year our show is titled "The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber". Phantom of the Opera Jellicle Ball (Cats) King Harrods Song (Jeus Christ Superstar) (I'm not sure if that is actually the song title its what our bd calls it) Don't Cry for Me Argentina (Evita)

Our show is George Gershwin:Music of the City of New York. We play Rhapsody in Blue, Central Park, and Mass Transit. Once we get all the drill finished and touched up it's going to look great.

I think I've said this before, but we don't technically have shows, because we don't compete for one reason or another... Go figure, right? But we still do football games, so we have some type of show... But it's all pretty random stuff.
1st Show "Enter Sandman" "Voodoo" "Let's Get it Started"
2nd Show "Shake Your Tail Feather" "Soul Man" "Final Countdown"
3rd Show "Funky Town" "All Star" "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction"
Now, in all 3, I can kind of get why the first two songs were paired together... but the last one makes the least amount of sense. In the 3rd show, I guess it can be pulled off, as they were made in a somewhat similar time frame... but still. What the heck?!

yeah, our shows are pretty random. (see Flutist Kes's post) I think he should've put Satisfaction in the 2nd show and put Final Countdown in the 3rd. but that's our bd for you...
