Now that I've got my school's bass bone fixed, I was wondering who else plays it. I'm JUST starting, and I wanted to know if you have any advice.
Also, I just figured out that the F trigger is the same as my fourth valve. OMG!

I play trombone, sometimes very low parts, but never played a true bass trombone. When you get really good at transitioning from 1 trigger-2trigger-pedals, thats when I would imagine the fun beginning. They have a lot more power than a tenor due to the giant bore and even bigger bell.
It is a beast of an instrument.
