That's Nat McIntosh, formerly of YoungBlood Brass Band, playing his multiphonics solo "The Warrior Comes Out To Play".
Congrats go to the Oregon, Wisconsin school system for producing this amazing performer.

Oh man, that's hilarious. For some reason, it reminds me of this kid in band who skateboards around while playing his tuba.

Wait...I know of someone from Oregon, Wisconsin. The Oregon Shadow Armada? Did you do a sneaky name change on me?

OMG! He plays with the Dallas Brass. They did a concert in Dothan and they got select musicians from all of Houston County and Dothan City schools to perform one selection with them. It was amazing! They did a masterclass where Nat showed a wide variety of stuff like that. He was the most popular by far.

I can play this. Love it. Took me forever to learn though. If anyone wants the tuba notes, w/o multiphonics since they're mostly 4ths, I can pm them to you. PM me.
But yeah Youngblood is awesome. I have all of their CD's (even one lard biscuit)

Thanks for sharing! Pretty funny - one of my cats was in my lap, and she hated hearing this, jumped out of my lap, and ran out of the room. Not a tuba fan I suppose.

Well, it is kind of unnatural. Haha. I was disbelieving when I first heard it.
