If I go to a certain part of Texas and am around people from that area for a few days I pick up the accent. A friend of mine picked up a semi-Australian accent from spending a weekend with his brother-in-law. On a school-related note, I have about 42 hours to complete and I'll be out of college and not making much money.

Who wants to write a 4-5 page research paper for me? Please? I'm halfway done with the 2nd page... I'm getting too distracted.

We had to choose any 20th century president and an issue that he was involved in (for example, I'm doing George H.W. Bush and the Persian Gulf War), and write a 4-5 page research paper on it. We aren't supposed to be summarizing what happened, but that's what I'm finding myself doing... Oh well. I'm 1/4 of the way done with Page 3. Ugggggghhhh

^Where in? Where in? Where in?
Writing an English paper. Turns out a suicide bomber is a hard perspective to take. I did slip in the obligatory Achmed reference, but it was tasteful.

^I know! We're supposed to get "flurries" in an hour and everyone's counting on time off. I have to laugh at their poor misguided ways. Flurries are no reason to call off anything except a sunbathing party and even that is optional (depends on your level of sanity.)
So I think I'm making progress in swing. I mean I've really enjoyed it and having one of the best leads in the area on call really helps, however that fact that my boyfriend felt comfortable lifting me into an aerial (he thought my reaction was funny, I squeaked) and that I can follow most of the guys in BSDS (Baylor Swing Dance Society) and at ALX (Austin Lindy Exchange) makes me feel like I'm actually accomplishing something. Who would have thought that I'd be so happy dancing?

When?
If you're in Greeley for the 4th of July, yummiebears and quite possibly I will be there. We'll be the very, uh, patriotic band (white cowboy hats and American flag shirts).
