Has it been over a year since you last logged in? Inactive accounts are deleted after one year of inactivity (meaning you haven't logged in).
Are you entering the original username that you signed up for? If you changed your name on your profile, you can't log in using that name - you need your original username.
How can I find my original username? You can either try to find the original email that was mailed to you to see what it is, or you can find an old post of yours on the board and click on the name. This will take you to a URL something like this:
forums.talesfrombandcamp.com/index.cgi?action=viewprofile&user=username
Whatever is at the end is your username.
If you are entering the correct password and still cannot log in, then try deleting your cookies and temporary internet files and try again. Also be sure to read this thread as well:

You also have to have cookies enabled in order to log in.
How to Check to See if Cookies are Enabled
You can order your browser to accept all cookies or to alert you every time a cookie is offered. Then you can decide whether to accept one or not.
For Internet Explorer 6.0 & up:
1. Choose Tools, then
2. Internet Options.
3. Click the Privacy tab,
4. Default setting is medium. Move the slider to determine which setting you prefer.
5. Click on Edit button at the bottom for Web Sites.
6. Enter forums.talesfrombandcamp.com in the Address box and click Allow.
7. Click on OK and OK again to finish the dialog box.
For Internet Explorer 5.0:
1. Choose Tools, then
2. Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab,
4. Click Internet, then Custom Level.
5. Scroll down to Cookies and choose one of the two options.
For Internet Explorer 4.0:
1. Choose View, then
2. Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab,
4. Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under Security and choose one of the three options to regulate your use of cookies.
For Netscape:
1. Click the Edit button on the top menu bar of your browser.
2. Next, select Preferences.
3. Click on Advanced.
4. Scroll down until you see "Cookies."
5. Select Always accept cookies.
For AOL, version 8.0 or later:
1. Click on the Settings,Preferences.
2. Click Internet from By Category section.
3. Click the Privacy tab.

For AOL, version 6.0:

6. Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable."
