I have nowhere to practice. I'm living at home, my dad works from home and our house is small, so noise travels. The university won't allow me to use their practice rooms because I'm in the associate program since my grades weren't good enough for the actual school and I'm not in the school of music because of said grades. The church won't let me unless I'm giving lessons. I literally have nowhere I can practice. I wasn't invited to audition for concert band since I'm not in the 'real' school, or else the MD would have most likely let me have a key. Ugh...

Are you not able to work something out with your dad to have a scheduled practice time that is after work hours? I would think there would be at least an hour a day you would be able to work out with him that wouldn't interfere with his work schedule.

I've tried. He's pretty much working on any given day from 6:30 am to 8pm-2 am with phone conferences or tech issues. Computer Engineering is such a wonderful thing...-sarcasm- But anyways, there's no guarantee what hours or days he's working and when he isn't, I'm usually booked with something else. it's extremely frustrating.
