Pretty much the same for my band too!
Trumpet-judgmental,arrogant,full of themselves, funny (totally true) Trombone-Hilarious,inappropriate Tuba- Loud, strange, weird French Horn- awkward, oddball, quirky Baritone- It varies...haha Flutes- either nice little girls on the outside and crazy on the inside, or just crazy Clarinets-nice,obssessive Saxophone- Full of themselves(not as bad as trumpets) humorous, out there......yaaaaa
BTW I play trumpet AND French horn ;D

heres our whole band- flutes/piccolos- nice usually, but crazy on the inside, competitive and sometimes quiet, girly clarinets- really serious, happy, very "together" section Trumpets- loud, competitive, egotistical, outspoken Trombones- strange, younger ones usually annoy older ones to be funny, perverted Saxophones-hilarious, think theyre sooo cool, usually dont try really hard except for the section leader Mellos- confident, always happy people, wierd sousaphones- all guys except one girl who is section leader, dont care what people think, gross sometimes bariones-one hot guy, one funny but acts gay guy, and one strange, quiet guy drumline- hilarious, play pranks on each other and our band director, usually hot guys, known to date flutes/piccolos colorguard-wierd girly girls no one really likes or knows that well, gossipy
therre are some exceptions in some sections that have a few that dont fit the stereotypes

I think each band has stereotypes that are particular to them. Flutes- Girly and smiley, two guys who are really good, but one hates life. Clarinets: One of the more relaxed easy going sections balance between boys and girls makes it that way I think... Horns: Come to think of it we are diverse, small nerdy guy, this other guy who thinks he's funny, me, an egotistical queen of the horns, and this really crazy funny junior. Trumpets: Loud, obnoxious! Trombones: Super cool, all of them have quirks though Tubas: I play Sousa for marching so I know them well. I would just desrcibe them in one word... perverted. Oboe: Super super quiet, I don't think I've ever heard her speak. Percussionist: ANNOYING! Sleep a lot during rehearsal... Saxes: The most diverse, they are hard to classify Bassoon: She's cool, since we only have one I don't think I can judge Baritone: Also very perverted and annoying

This is how it is in my band Flutes: Catty, superficial Guard: Mix of intolerable feminine drama and girls who have got your back 24/7 Clarinets: Wannabe guard girls, and ultra-quiet, but nice guys Alto-Saxes: Massive section, crazy and most like an actual family Tenor Saxes: Perverse boys who would rather be playing pep-band music, and girls who are super sweet Trumpets: Guys, mixture of egotistical psychos and hicks who don't care and girls are nice, but whiny Mellophones: Incredibly dedicated, and lovable Trombones: Perverse guys. Once you make friends with them, they will make fun of you to no end but God help the man who treats you badly. Girls are tough, and used to dealing with their pervy counterparts. Euphoniums: Don't fit a stereotype, they are the step-child of the band, but have friends everywhere. They enjoy doubling on other instruments and causing mischief in general. I would know, I'm one of them. Tubas: The boys are quite similar to the T-bones, the girls enjoy doing their homework during class, even going so far as to hide a book behind their valves during a 7am rehearsal.

Okay, just to bust the Tuba stereotype: I am a larger girl with great grades that never misses any rehearsal and I never do anything but band and choir. That be it. That is all.

Hey, everybody! Every person is unique and I urge you not to think independently and not to give in to social prejudices and stereotypes, as an example,I'd advise you to read one informative article proving that in most cases people's beliefs are groundless and non-sense livecustomwriting.com/blog/top-5-high-school-stereotypes
