Ride by Sam Hazo! I love Sam Hazo. He's supposed to be coming back to IUP in a few months. He's here like all the time and I've yet to meet him, and I just found out he lives in Pittsburgh! WHAAAT!!?

Oooh, I love Ride! I'm surprised you didn't know - he's been a music teacher for tons of the Upper St. Clair schools. That would be SO COOL if you got to meet him. He also called my BD (George Hopkins did, too!) to tell us what a great job we did at the Macy's parade. When our BD told us that today, I nearly fell out of my chair. Aaaaaand, I'm actually listening to in.trance.it again. It just came on in my playlist.

Random by Lady Sovereign.
Seriously, better not to ask. I'm hitting a strange stage in my music tastes.

I love Sam Hazo. I've only sightread Ride, but I've performed Sevens and In Heaven's Air. I was one chair away of getting to meet him at the BOA Summer Symposium, because the middle concert band played one of his pieces and I got last chair top band. But I will get to meet him at Auburn University's Honor Band. Anywho... I'm listening to Awake by Josh Groban. I LOVE his new CD.
