Just for the fun of it, I thought I'd post the links for the videos of the Calgary Stampede Showband's 2003 and 2005 shows. I wasn't in the band yet, but they're pretty awesome to watch, if you ask me at least. Feel free to post your own videos for the entertainment of those of us with nothing better to do . Enjoy! 2005: Evolution www.stampedeshowband.com/downloads/Media/Video/Evolution/MusicNMotion2005.rm^Note that that was in early May, by which point the show was nowhere near clean. By the end of the season, they had scored near 90 (I don't remember exactly). 2003: Into the Heart of Medea This one's in three parts, all of which can be found on our website: www.stampedeshowband.com/Media/Video.cfmNow, if you some real entertainment, about halfway through the third part of that, keep your eyes glued on the drum major, and watch him FALL OFF THE PODIUM, then get back up and continue conducting. After the show, he went and got 12 stitches in his chin, and the next season (that was the last performance of the season), a rail appeared on the back and left sides of the podium, which was named in his honour. He also changed his conducting style so that his feet would stay firmly on the podium

video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-3597748875308986708&q=dimensions+of+timeIt's our video from the 2005 USSBA All State Championships. We won this year. Right after we put our horns down at the end of the opener, they show a colorguard girl, some mellophones, and then me with my euphonium. They show me later around 7:20 putting my horn up after a visual. It's a lot of fun to watch us "wind down" at the end of the show. Enjoy!

This can't really compare to everyone else's videos but here's our Disney Millennium Celebration show from this past year: video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5466068525155070783This is the competition that got us to States (barely as well as technically might add). I would also like to add that the video is actually of poor quality, and is so bad at one point that there is a "key change" (about 5:08 into it) caused by the camera during the video. ;D

youtube.com/watch?v=gFIw9H7o__U&search=robinson%20marchingThats us, possibly the best performance of that show we did. It started pouring on us like a minute in, you can hear it really well on the camera, as well as see someone putting a raincoat over the camera so it wouldn't get wet. At least on my computer, the picture's kinda choppy, but the sound isn't. Oh well. watch for the "Renada Ripple" at about 3 and a half min, and the rotating "Robinson Star" (actually a diamond) at around 5 and a half min! Plus our power ranger moves are in there, but it's hard to tell they're durring the drum feature.

We haven't finished all the way through Movement IV yet, but we will by next Friday. We had to march our first game incomplete >.<
