I've been ready to graduate since halfway through 10th grade. Nuff said. My school is a nerd school, math and science all the way. I didn't want to be a music major until I realized how horrible life would be if I wasn't one.

AGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! So, I can't make up my mind: I just got back my AP scores... I got a 5 in chemistry. I really enjoy chemistry and have been planning to minor in it alongside my music comp major. BUT. Since the beginning of the summer, I have been wondering whether I shouldn't try to double major, for two reasons: one, it's a lot easier to support yourself on a chem major, and 2. I like science. I know I could probably handle it, as most of my core requirements will be taken care of via AP, and those that are not can be satisfied by courses in one of my two majors. The difference between the chem major and chem minor is about 20 hours... what do you guys think?

... so yeah, I didn't notice that my old account was still active until after I created this one, but that's okay. Hooray for senioritis. Hm. Altoclarinets, I guess it depends on how much you want to work/how much money you have (if money is a factor in double majoring). If the difference is just 20 hours, I don't see why you can't double major. You're perfectly capable of accomplishing such a feat.

so, after a long and annoying search for the forum, I return. And so much has changed. first, check out the randomness on my youtube account, www.youtube.com/user/Altoclarinets?feature=mhum secondly, I have changed my mind to a chem major (possibly double in chem engineering), music as a secondary concern. If there's anyone floating about who is a chem engineering student or looking to become one, I would welcome some insight on the ins and outs of it. I would talk to the chemical engineer husband of my chem teacher, but unfortunately, he is dead. And has been for quite sometime. Thirdly, Science Olympiad is total ninja. Can't wait for '11 State!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!! But yeah, for some reason the address randomly changed but the hyperlink didn't. I tried to send an email to Amy but that was many months ago and nothing has changed. I'm kind of wondering if she's ok.
