We're reading "Pygmalion" in English, which the movie "My Fair Lady" was based off of. So, we're also watching My Fair Lady in class. Yay! I love that movie.

Oscar, have fun. And Lprdgecko - awesomeeeeee. When do you find out how you did?
Prelims tomorrow for winterguard. After this weekend, I will no longer ever perform with this high school. (Except for maybe a parade or something when we go to Florida). *cries*

Well, the audition was for scholarships, and since I'm not a music major, the most I can get is like $500, but it's better than nothing. The director at Tech recommended me for money, but nothing is guaranteed. Music majors get money first, then they divide up what's left to all the rest. I don't know when I'll find out if I actually get money.

There's also a Pygmalion movie somewhere but I've heard it's not near as good. But you can't really beat the Cast of "My Fair Lady." I remember reading that in high school- sophomore year I think? I just got back from visiting the Campus Relay for Life (I felt obligated since the Logistics Chair and I are kind of really close.) It's amazing how involved the campus is when we really try. Last year- our first year- they raised around 100 000 with 47 the day before. This year it was above 50 so they're hoping to break the 100 000 mark. The music wasn't bad either, when we were dropping off the gator for the subchair to use they played Brian Setzer's "Jump Jive an' Wail" so of course we just had to dance to it.

My friend took this picture. We had some nasty storms come through, but it was really sunny, so a ranbow appeared.
