Definitely did that. I was visiting my former assistant director, who had since gotten his own program. I stayed for the first half, watched the halftime, congratulated him and the band, and left. Good times...

Always. Most important part of football game. I am probably my HS team's biggest fan but other than that football really doesn't do that much for me. Pretty much my HS, and the college I want to go to, is the only football that matters. Other than that, yeah, I'm there for the music.
As I like to say: "Marching band concert Saturday! With a football game as sideline entertainment!"
