Alto! Though, I did play tenor for a year in jazz band...I can't really explain it...but I felt more 'jazzy' when playing the tenor.

i love the sound of a tenor its amazing and thats coming from a hard core brass player. though bari kids make the best friends cuz they don't know hwere to go am i low brass or woodwind??/ ahhh Lol, don't I know it. At jazz band when we rehearse just measures, it'll be "Bari and the bones" and then the next'll be "saxes minus bari" and then the next'll be "all saxes" and I'm sitting there like, should I move back with the brass or stay up here with the saxes??

^Our BD kind of divided the saxes. He told the alto's to go with the clarinets and the tenors and bari to come with us. What really pisses me off is when the baritones have an amazing part that should be a soli and we listen to the tape and the damn tenors (who aren't as good as us) have drowned us out. Yeah, I know we're brass, but we were with the choir, something the saxes completely blew off.

Alto! but not just because i play it. I love classical and jazz saxophone, and alto fits perfectly in both genres. Bari is really fun to play too.

Tenor (not because its what I play. I also play flute.) because I love the sound and its not TOO LOW or TOO HIGH.

I play alto, tenor, and bari. i like tenor and alto. i would probably like bari, but the one i play is in really bad shape. it's a selmer, so it used to be good. but it TOTALLY isnt. i also like sopranino, which is like, nonexistent and intensely out of tune. but i especially like the way it sounds in this video. Not necessarily the fact that it's not tuned, but the tone. www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNKVFUaD4Kwoh, and this guy's accent entertained me.

Soprano. When it's in-tune, of course. Because it sounds the most fun. xP
(I also like the tenor. I don't even play sax, though.)

Bari all the way! I love playing that low register (even though I only play it for jazz band)
