Our marching band has 150 give or take and it depends how many flags we usually have.

^ more like 130-140ish, I think. and I think that's not counting the flags, so you may be right.

my band is actually really small. we only have about 45 people. some of those people are either graduating or dropping band at the end this school year so there will be less than that. unless we get a lot of freshman........

I'd say that we have... between 50 and 60 people this year. Yay for tiny bands! I'm scared for next year because we're losing our seniors (go '06! even though I'm not graduating with them like I should, heh....), which makes up a significant portion of the band... hopefully we've got a good amount of freshmen coming in.

We have a whopping... 25 members (not including the the 4 seniors). It kinda stinks because with our biggest section being 6 flutes, our balance is terrible. No french horns and only two trombones. But with a small band, you know everybody and there is more individual attention.

our marching band was 211 people this year (I had to go check the schoolscene clip we were in to make sure :-P www.fcps.edu/DIT/streaming/ss9_robinsonmarch_hi.asx if you'd like to see it, its got nice veiws of our uniforms and some of our show) but there are more that don't march. Marching band is required for all of Symphonic and Concert 4, and probably about a third to half of concert 3 blue and concert 3 gold march, plus maybe 5 from concert 2. none from begining band, unless they're in guard, and theres a large handful of non-band gaurd girls. Our band program is big

Our entire band program next year will be 55 people total (our school is being downsized by 15% and the freshmen class coming in is reaaalllly small), so I'm expecting about 20-somthing people in marching band plus guard. And I thought our band couldn't shrink anymore. 0_o

This year we marched a little over a hundred, next year with about 55 new freshmen and only 8 seniors leaving we should march about 140.

our band was 275 this year (technically last year since school ended for the summer about two hours ago), but our bd decided that 275 was too big so he's only writing drill for 250 this coming season. and for that i am enternally grateful bc too many ppl didn't care.
