Hmm...
32 Baritones (8 marching euphoniums including myself) 30-ish Trumpets (played Left 4 Dead? It's like looking at a Horde (they all mesh together)) 8 Tubas (sounds like more) 8 Melophones (no Firefox, it's not a word (nor a real instrument (j/k xD)) 4 Drum-majors 14 Drummers a-drumming (3 tenors, 4 snares, 4 bass, 3 cymbals) God only knows how many woodwinds.
But altogether we've got roughly 250 people in the marching band, counting pit-chicks, drumline and the guard.
We're a big, loud band /evil

32... Baritones??? Sure that's no trombones? I am jealous of the 4 DMs. But I would again move some trumpets to mello.

We don't march trombones. We like the baritone-euph sound better.

Oh wow... no trombones. I would love that, all of our trombones are freaks! (Then again... everyone in my band is) but my band (in the jh) is about 200 people, but most of our high school concert bands are fairly large, except for the highest one which is tiny (duh it's the best players) and our marching band is huge!

Yeah, I love it. Great for the triceps If you want to have a taste of what we sound like check out my introduction topic. I've got our final (albeit low-video quality) performance linked there.

^so I guess that would be 52!!! Yay!! Each year we average around 50. We lose seniors, we get new rookies, some drop out, some come from out of the blue!

We have 40 about. Including color guard. Only 3 freshmen joined and stayed this year We only have 3 clarinets, (one graduating this year) one bari sax, 5 flutes, (one also graduating) but we totally have enough trumpets. -_- Our woodwind section is dwindling. NO TUBAS! Two mellos, 2 trombones (both juniors, so they'll be leaving soon..) enough percussionist. 2 drum majors, (though one quit in our 2nd to last game..) So yeah. Somewhat small, but we make a pretty good sound. ^_^ Not the best, but still. At least we aren't like Riverside and our rival school. They have 12 people in their marching bands. Oh, and one mallet person. Doesn't seem alot, but that's probally because I am forgetting some people....

i'm not going to go through and read all 11 pages to see who has had the smallest band so far...but i'm thinking mine is one of the smallest, we have maybe 30 members, at the most, including guard (there's only 5 guardies) and director. for concert band we have around 25. we loose a lot of members their junior/senior years because some decide to go to our county's career center, and can only come to our after school rehearsals and such. but i love our band. it's cozy. c:
