We have state solo-and-ensemble coming up on the 26th of May. I'm not sure which night we're staying over. Prolly the 25th. That's not our "band trip" though. We go on and band try every other year. Since we went to Washington DC last school year, we don't have a trip until next school year.

This isn't for a while, but in March 2008 my band is going to Ireland to perform in Dublin's St Patrick's Day parade. Oh the awesomeness... you mean "OH SWEET DRUNKENNESS. MORE BEER!"

Our "big trip" was my freshman year: Hawaii. Good stuff. Next year though, we might go to... might, might, might.... ok, I'm not even going to say it in case I jinx it. bwahahahaha, leave you all in suspense!

Quite easily the coolest band trip I have ever been on was when my school drumline went this past year to WGI in Dayton, Ohio. It was really awesome. I loved both performing and then going to Six Flags afterward. Even goofing off in the hotel was fun. I also liked going to Hawaii with whole band. That was about a week worth of Hawaii stuff. It even rained while we were there, very hard. It was fun!

This year we're going to be performing in the Fiesta Bowl parade!! Darn! That was one of our options for a trip this year, and I wanted to go SO BADLY. I went to the Gator Bowl my freshman year, and bowl games are great, but now we're going to Orlando again instead. And then I could have seen your band!

my band director wants to take the marching band and wind ensamble to england my senior year. You're so lucky! All my band gets is Hawaii. I mean there's nothing wrong with that but still. XD edit: nevermind. We're having a cruize to the bahamas.

Band and choir alternate trip years, last summer the band went on a CRUISE and I was very jealous. This coming year is our turn again, and my BD WON'T TELL US. He's so cruel. Although he did joke that it would be either Tea, or Humboldt. Those are two less than 5,000 people towns that are about 10-20 miles away from us. WHAT A FUNNY JOKE.

Next year we're going to Boston and then we're going to Orlando. It's gonna be like 10 days long and it's gonna ROCK! I can't wait for next year!

Sigh i loveee ama. You said you were on liberty tour, right? Burgendy tour, I actually thoguht our band was better than my program at home. But that's just me. The music was harder, and the directors (not that there's anything wrong with our director at my hs) were really inspiring.
